Feeling So Much Better - Thank You

In a “fall” that took only a split-second, 28 presentations in 5 states (Kansas, Illinois, New York, South Carolina & North Carolina), and Holland, had to be put on hold, and are now in the process of being rescheduled.

I feel badly for the many teachers, librarians and “contacts” who worked so diligently to make each presentation meaningful and memorable for their students and patrons. I feel almost guilty that they have to expend additional energy in the rescheduling process. But, I am so grateful that they feel strongly enough about the subject matter to make the effort.

I am so very sorry for the many students who had previously e-mailed me, looking forward to the opportunity of meeting a “Holocaust Survivor.” Young men and women, I am truly sorry to have disappointed you, but I am very much looking forward to speaking to and with you in the not too distant future.

It is now 4 weeks and a few days since that fateful Sunday of September 24th when, in my haste, the accident happened. I guess the old adage, “haste makes waste” really applies!

Thank you for your good wishes and prayers, which definitely have helped in my recovery. Just 2 more weeks in a cast, and then, BH, I will gradually get back to normal. I so much appreciate your patience and understanding!

Fondly, with hugs,
Marion
