Survival and Continuity
Rachel Tehilla, our newest great-granddaughter, named in memory and honor of my dear mother of blessed memory, was born on Tuesday, October 29th.
Her big sister, Leah Tova, will be two years old in mid-November.
We feel so very blessed to have another family member added within the first year of Mom’s passing, and wish our precious Rachel Tehilla, as we wish all our children, and yours too, a long, healthy, happy, productive life, in a world of love and peace.
Little Rachel Tehilla will have an important mission when she grows older, and that is to pass the legacy of the Holocaust on to her children, and grandchildren. Quite a responsibility and burden to carry.
As Joel the Prophet said many year ago -----
“HAS THE LIKE Of THIS HAPPENED IN YOUR DAYS OR IN THE DAYS OF YOUR FATHERS? TELL YOUR CHILDREN ABOUT IT, AND LET THEM TELL THEIRS, AND THEIR CHILDREN THE NEXT GENERATION”
With love & hugs
